Account Deletion

Delete from the app

  1. Open Belota Marocaine.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Supprimer le compte.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

What is deleted

The account deletion flow removes the authenticated user account and related active auth sessions. Some safety, payment or legal records may be kept only when required for fraud prevention, store purchase validation, tax, security or legal obligations.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, submit the request below. Use the email address associated with your Belota account. We may ask for proof of ownership before deleting the account. Requests are handled within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for fraud prevention, payment, security or law.
